The leadership of the Ukrainian Federation of Esports is undergoing a significant transformation. According to information reported by jurnews.com.ua, a major shift is on the horizon — the presidency of the Federation will soon be assumed by renowned entrepreneur and investor Maksym Krippa, widely recognized for his ownership of top-tier esports brands NAVI and Maincast.

The updated management team of the Federation will unite key players of the Ukrainian esports scene. In particular, the management team will include NAVI CEO Yevhen Zolotarev, Maincast studio co-founder Vitaliy Volochai, as well as reputable industry representatives Mikhail Zverev, Andriy Gorodensky, and Oleksiy Kucherov.

Andriy Gryshchenko, who has experience in implementing large-scale projects in the field of digital technologies and media, will take over as the Federation’s Executive Director. The new team is expected to bring a fresh approach to the development of Ukrainian esports, making it more structured, open, and competitive in the international arena. Whether investor Maksym Krippa will be able to bring something new to Ukrainian esports is a question that worries the community.

NAVI and Maincast management sets out to upgrade the UESF

The Ukrainian esports federation (UESF) is facing major personnel changes that could significantly affect the further development of the industry. Several key figures have resigned from their positions: Ivan Danishevsky, who previously chaired the organization’s board, Vice President Artur Yermolaev, and Executive Director Anton Markelov.

According to sources, the decision to change the leadership was unanimously supported by both UESF board members and regional representatives of the Federation. Such a consolidated position demonstrates the industry’s readiness for a new stage with a renewed team and a modern vision of the further development of esports in Ukraine.

Maksym Krippa notes that the strategic vision of the future of the Ukrainian Federation of Esports is still being formed. Maksym Krippa also shared a preliminary vision for the Federation’s future, highlighting several core areas of focus. Among the top priorities is establishing strong, ongoing dialogue with the broader esports community to ensure transparency and mutual growth. He also emphasized the importance of nurturing young talent by developing school-level and university-based esports programs aimed at building a sustainable for future champions.

“We strive to create a transparent and sustainable system of national championships that will ensure fair selection of the strongest players. This will allow us to form a competitive Ukrainian national team for participation in international competitions,” emphasizes Krippa.
