Thrillophilia Review of Uttarakhand Tours
Uttarakhand is known as the “Land of Gods”, and I truly believe it upon visiting this destination with Thrillophilia. Here is my experience and review of Thrillophilia Uttarakhand tours:
I have always been attracted to the beauty of the Himalayas and the spiritual charm of the northern regions of our country. After a busy year, I decided to take a break and explore Uttarakhand. I wanted a mix of adventure, nature, and spiritual experiences. While searching online for a suitable tour, I came across the website of Thrillophilia.
The website of Thrillophilia was user-friendly, and I found all the information I needed. After going through the reviews and checking my budget, I finalised the 5-day and 4-night ‘Best of Uttarakhand | Spiritual Heaven and Wildlife Treasures” package. I contacted them and they helped me with a seamless travel booking experience. They even covered my stay, transfers, activities, sightseeing, and food, which is absolutely fantastic because I did not have to plan anything. I was delighted that Thrillophilia also managed to customise the itinerary according to my preferences.
Thrillophilia’s Uttarakhand Tour Review: Best of Uttarakhand Tour
My journey began with a comfortable transfer from Delhi to Rishikesh. The drive was smooth, and even the driver was very respectful. After arriving at Rishikesh, I checked into Deluxe Hotel for some rest. Then, I had my breakfast and got ready for the adventure of the day. Our first stop was Ram Jhula over the Ganga River. The views were absolutely beautiful from this place. Next, we visited Shivanand Ashram, where we participated in a calming yoga session. We then visited Geeta Bhawan, where I learned about ancient Geeta scriptures. The day ended with seeing the spectacular Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. It was a magical experience that I will never forget.
After a good night’s rest, we headed to Nainital or the City of Lakes. The drive was scenic, with hills and valleys adding to the beauty. Upon arrival, I checked into another comfortable Deluxe Resort. In the afternoon, we visited Naini Lake and Naina Devi Temple. The evening ended with a walk along Mall Road, where I enjoyed shopping and tasting local foods, like Aloo Ke Gutke and Arsa.
On the third day, I went to the Eco Cave Gardens and Snow View Point for panoramic views of the Himalayas. I, along with my fellow group members, hiked to the Tiffin Top and clicked many pictures. I also visited Lover’s Point to soak in the beauty of nature.
The next morning, we set off for Jim Corbett. I checked into the hotel and immediately went for a visit to the Garjia Devi Temple in the middle of the Kosi River. From there, we visited the Corbett Waterfall, where I took a refreshing dip and captured some beautiful photos. The day ended with a visit to the Jim Corbett Museum, where I learned about his conservation efforts and wildlife encounters.
Day 5 was the last day of our itinerary when it was time to be transferred back to Delhi. I checked out from the hotel and left Uttarakhand with beautiful memories I made to last forever.
Thrillophilia Review of Uttarakhand Trip
A year later, I decided to take my parents to Kedarnath. And, after an amazing experience with Thrillophilia the first time, I booked their 6-day Kedarnath Yatra Package.
On the first day, we were taken from Delhi in a comfortable Swift Dzire to Haridwar. After a drive for 6 hours, we checked into our pre-booked hotel. In the evening, we attended the Ganga Aarti and explored the local markets.
The next morning, after a delicious breakfast, we began our journey to Guptakashi. This drive took us through beautiful mountain landscapes and scenic views. On our way, we stopped at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi Rivers, where the sacred Ganga was born. Here, we clicked beautiful pictures against the background of the tall mountains. Upon reaching Guptakashi, we checked into our hotel and explored the local markets and temples in the evening.
Day 3 was the most awaited day of our journey. After an early breakfast, we drove to Sonprayag, from where we boarded a government vehicle to Gaurikund. The trek to Kedarnath started from Gaurikund. When we reached the top, we were mesmerised to see the beautiful Kedarnath Temple. We participated in the evening aarti and sought blessings from Lord Shiva. After the darshan, we returned to our hotel for dinner and a well-deserved rest.
On the fourth day, we travelled to Sonprayag through Guptakashi. The entire day went into travelling. Day 5 was our travel to the Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh, followed by the Ganga Aarti. Our spiritual adventure ends on the 6th day with plenty of memories to cherish.
I am writing this Thrillophilia review to tell you that both the tours offered by them were absolutely amazing! The well-planned itinerary, comfortable hotel stays, and helpful drivers and guides – it was all worth it! Thrillophilia has now become my go-to travel partner.
